HATHA YOGA FOR ALL – for all abilities (Adults)
Come along to the top of the farm at Cowpots on a Wednesday morning, making time for you, your body, and your mind.
Make some space to relax and unwind, renew and rejuvenate, so that you can feel happy, move freely and make the most out of your day.
Yoga can help you to find more balance and harmony in your daily life. A regular practice supports strength, balance and coordination. It promotes a strong immune system, a healthy digestive system and brings the nervous system into balance, reducing stress and promoting a natural and restful sleep.

This class is an outdoor class, held in a field at the top of Cowpots, with breathtaking views of the Preseli hills.
Directions from car park at The Cowshed …
From the car park If you walk round the track – following the campsite signs, past the ice cream trailer and wheelie bins on the left, keep going straight and you’ll find an open gate (this is on the biggest bend on the track) next to the Campsite sign. Look out for the Yoga Space sign too! The gate will be open, you’ll spot a white van in the field.
Directions from the Campsite
If you walk back up the lane, past the sign that says ‘overflow car park’ on the left and past the field with the black bales on the right, keep going and you’ll find an open gate on the right hand side (this is on the biggest bend on the track) next to the Campsite sign. Look out for the Yoga Space sign too! The gate will be open, you’ll spot a white van in the field.
You’ll probably need 5 / 10 min or so to walk up.
Message Amelia if you need to drive there, there is space for 1 car to be closer to the field.
