Are you looking for a opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your needs, your emotional and physical health and wellbeing?
Amelia will be sharing a day of:
Movement (Hatha Yoga)
Walking in Nature
WHAT WE WILL DO
The day will begin with a cup of tea and a warm welcome, followed by a gentle and cleansing Hatha yoga practice.
This practice will include movement, breathwork, and a deep relaxation.
For lunch a nutritious soup and bread will be served (GF and Vegan catered for)
After lunch the group will be invited to go on a woodland walk, Amelia will talk you through ‘Mindful Walking’ then you will have to opportunity to have some time alone to walk in the woods, listen to the stream, enjoy the stillness and reflect.
Amelia will then share a journalling session, during which you will be invited to write about and explore the following themes:
How do I ‘fill my cup’ so I can be of service to others?
What lights me up?
What do I enjoy?
What makes me feel good/happy/healthy?
What does Self Care mean to me?
How to use affirmations and gratitude practices
The day will end with a guided meditation.
WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring a notebook/journal or diary, a pen, walking boots or wellies, a coat and warm jumper and a blanket.
