Amelia will be sharing a morning of:
Movement (Hatha Yoga)
WHAT WE WILL DO
The day will begin with a cup of tea and a warm welcome, followed by a gentle and cleansing Hatha yoga practice. This practice will include movement, breathwork, and a deep relaxation. (The group will also be guided through some simple self massage with essential oils. – Head and neck, hands and feet.)
£30 for the morning
WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring a cushion and a blanket.
9.45am – 11.45am on your selected morning.
Please arrive at 9.35am to settle in with a cup of tea.
This day is suitable for everyone
