Are you looking for a opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your needs, your emotional and physical health and wellbeing?
Amelia will be sharing a morning of:
Movement (Hatha Yoga)
Walking in Nature (option to do so with your friends after lunch)
WHAT WE WILL DO
The day will begin with a cup of tea and a warm welcome, followed by a gentle and cleansing Hatha yoga practice. This practice will include movement, breathwork, and a deep relaxation. (The group will also be guided through some simple self massage with essential oils. – Head and neck, hands and feet.)
For lunch you will be served delicious wood fired pizza and salad at the Cowshed (GF and Vegan catered for)
After lunch the group are welcome to go on a woodland walk, giving you the opportunity to have some time alone to walk in the woods, listen to the stream, enjoy the stillness and reflect.
£30 for the morning
£10 for lunch – to be paid on the day.
WHAT TO BRING
You will need to bring a cushion and a blanket. Walking boots or wellies and a coat if you wish to go for a walk.
This day is suitable for everyone
Spaces are limited to 8 people (minimum of 4)
