Come along on to the Cowshed at Cowpots on a Tuesday afternoon, evening or a Wednesday morning, making time for you, your body, and your mind. Make some space to relax and unwind, renew and rejuvenate, so that you can feel happy, move freely and make the most out of your day. Yoga can help you to find more balance and harmony in your daily life. A regular practice supports strength, balance and coordination. It promotes a strong immune system, a healthy digestive system and brings the nervous system into balance, reducing stress and promoting a natural and restful sleep.
